Hi! I’m Erinn
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I approach therapy with the belief that we each have an innate capacity for healing, growth, and connection. Life is beautiful, painful, messy, awkward, and uncertain, and we aren’t meant to move through all of it alone. In our work together, I aim to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, honesty, and a little humor as we tend to what matters and explore what brings greater connection and aliveness into your life. Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
This type of therapy is for individuals wanting to deepen their connection to their inner wisdom while learning to meet life’s many experiences with greater presence, self-compassion, curiosity, and confidence. You may be feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck in familiar patterns, or unsure of what you need. Therapy can offer space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what might be asking for your attention.
Drawing from attachment, somatic, and parts-based work, I help you understand how early experiences and relationships continue to influence the way you relate to yourself and others. Together, we explore the patterns and protective responses that helped you adapt and move through difficult experiences—not as problems to fix, but with curiosity and appreciation for what they have done for you.
Therapy can be a place to tend what hurts, nurture the embers of what is still alive, and make room for greater connection and aliveness in your life.
Couples Therapy
This type of therapy is for couples wanting to rekindle their spark and increase closeness and connection. Maybe you love one another deeply, but you’re growing tired of having the same arguments over and over, or avoiding conflict has left you feeling on guard, unhappy, and alone. Either way, the distance has grown, and you aren’t quite sure how to find your way back to one another.
Drawing from attachment and emotion-focused approaches, I help couples understand the patterns that pull them apart. Together, we’ll look beneath the conflict, tend to old hurts, and find new ways of reaching for and responding to one another.
This work may be a good fit for couples who want to stoke the embers of their relationship—to reconnect, work through hurt and disconnection, better understand one another, or deepen the relationship they already have. The goal isn’t a relationship without conflict, but one with more room for closeness, trust, intimacy, playfulness, and connection.
Specialties
Grief & Loss
Grief reaches into far more of our lives than we often recognize. We grieve the people and animals we love, but also the parts of ourselves that have gone unloved, what we hoped for but never received, the suffering of the world around us, and losses carried across generations.
Inspired in part by Francis Weller's Five Gates of Grief, I approach grief as something worthy of being named, witnessed, and honored—not something to “get over,” but something we can learn to carry and be in relationship with.
Relationships &
Connection
Our relationships can be where we feel most connected or where we feel the loneliest. You may be struggling with distance, conflict, or hurt in a relationship that matters deeply to you, or wondering why certain patterns keep showing up in your relationships. Whether you come to therapy as a couple or on your own, we can explore what gets in the way of connection and how you can stay connected to others without losing connection to yourself.
Some changes are chosen, some are expected, and others are ones we never wanted or imagined. A shift in your health, relationships, work, family role, identity, or stage of life can leave you trying to find your footing in a life that looks different than it did before. Therapy can offer a place to tend to what has been lost, make sense of what is changing, and find your way within what is now.
Life Transitions
Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression can shape the way we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. You may feel overwhelmed by worry and uncertainty, weighed down or disconnected, or find yourself caught between wanting things to be different and not knowing how to get there. Together, we can explore not only what is happening within you, but also the relationships, environments, and larger systems that may be contributing to how you feel. Therapy can offer a place to meet these experiences with greater understanding and compassion while finding ways to feel more connected and engaged in your life.
